Cottony <br />Edwards, CO 81632 / Acting Division Director <br />Re: A val of Weed Control Plan Technical Revision for Permits M-1981-029 (TR-03) M-1986- <br />104 (TR-01) M-1997-026 (TR-Ol) and M-1998-024 (TR-Ol). <br />Dear Jason: <br />Division of Minerals and Geology staff has received the requested Weed Control Plan for the four (4) <br />above referenced permits. After review of the submitted plan, staff apQroves the addition for the control <br />of noxious weeds within the permit boundazies. The addition of the Weed Control Plan does not change <br />any other aspects of the approved permits. With the approval of the plan, the Division should expect <br />significant improvement concerning this issue within the next three (3) years.
