Lupton Sand and Gravel Mine, Amendment Approval, Permit No. M-1999-120, Revision No. AM-l <br />Deaz Mc Everist: <br />On February 1Q, 2005 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendment application submitted to the <br />Division on October 12, 2004, addressing the following: <br />Adding 212 acres to the permit area to increase mining reserves and develop additional lined water storage <br />reservoirs <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1999-120. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1999-120 remain in full force and effect. <br />The liabilitys amount of the new phases have not been estimated at this time. The approved Amendment specifies that <br />prior to the commencement of mining activities in each new phase, a Technical Revision will be submitted to the <br />Division for review and approval. At the time each Technical Revision is approved, a bond amount for that phase will be <br />calculated, and that additional amount will need to be submitted to the Division.
