Filing of Application and Applicant: The application in this matter was <br />f91ed on December 15, 1988 wtth.the District Court for Water Division No. 1, <br />State of Colorado. An amendment to the appplication was filed on March 20, 1991. <br />The Applicant's name and address is: Stromquist Farms, a Partnership, 12189 <br />Oxford Road Route 2, Longmont, Colorado 80501. <br />2. Jurisdiction: All notices required byy ]aw of the filing of this application <br />have been fulfilled and the Judge has jurisdiction of this application and over <br />all parties affected hereby, whether they have appeared or nat. The land and <br />water rights involved herein are not included within the boundaries of any <br />designated ground water basin. <br />3. Statements of Opposition: A statement of opposition was filed by the <br />central Colorado Water Conservancy District and the Ground Water Management <br />Subdistrict of the Central Colorado water Conservancy pistrict. <br />4. Ruling of the Referee: A Referee's ruling was entered on November 19. 1941 <br />and protested oy the state engineer and Division Engineer on December 16, 1991. <br />The ruling has been modified and the~Stata Engineer and Division Engineer have <br />apyroved this revised decree. <br />5.
