Concurrently with a issuance of such an order, the Board or Dit~Iston may seek a <br />restraining order or injunction. <br />C.R.S. 34-32-132(2) and (3), and C.R.S. 34-32.5-123(2) and (3) provides for imposition of civil <br />penalties of $1,000 to $5,000 per day ($50 to $200 per day for prospecting or exploration and limited <br />impact operations that are regulated under C.R.S. 34-32-101) for each day the land has been affected <br />for up to a maximum of 60 days.
