Steve Renner
Coal Program Supervisor
Mined Land Reclamation Division
Page Two
December 4, 1991
All of these items substantiate our contention that the Cameo bench was in e>ostence
prior to August 3, 1977. I am sure your own files will back this up.
Sincerely,
AGH/dh
Enclosures
Note: Greg Lewicki:
COAL FUELS CORPORATION
'~~
Alfr d G. Hoyl
Greg Fernette told me he had stored all of the 61es and correspondence pertaining
to the Anchor Tresner Coal Unit (Fruits Mine) at a storage place in Evergreen.
If you have access to this storage you could probably 5nd invoices and other
supporting data to show the work was well along on the Cameo bench prior to August 3,
1977.
I will continue to look for any further proof I might have. If you need any help
searching those files, I would be glad to help.
Sincerely,
0~
