The proposed access will allow Weld County to access directly out of the Bearson
site, cross WCR 25, and enter the Koenig Gravel Pit site.
Weld County intends to use the crossing [his winter for three to four months and again next winter.
During the time the crossing is not being used, Weld County will have the access fenced. Upon completion of
moving material, the temporary access will be removed and permanent fencing will be reinstalled.
Enclosed is a check for the Technical Revision fee, amap/drawing of the site, and temporary access.
If you have any questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
Greg Nelson
Mining Supervisor
Enclosure
pc: Koenig Grave] Pit file
Bearson Gravel Pit file
M:\W PFILFSUliningUCoenig-le[.doc
