Long <br />Division Director <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology has completed its adequacy review of the Wright Pit <br />amendment to add 2.75 acres to the 110c construction materials permit. The application was <br />received on January 22, 2002 and determined to be complete for technical review on Februazy 25, <br />2002. The decision date for this application is Mazch 27, 2002. Please be advised that if you are <br />unable to satisfactorily address the concerns identified in this review in sufficient time for the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology to complete their review prior to the decision date, it will be your <br />responsibility to request an extension of the review period. If there aze outstanding issues that <br />have not been adequately addressed prior to the end of the review period, and no extension has been <br />requested, the Division will deny this application. The following items require further information or <br />clarification:- <br />The amendment application is determined to be technically adequate to meet the requirements of the <br />Act.
