Changes to QA/QC Protocol Manual

protocol were discussed. The following modificatio S to t.hF

1) A clean filter paper will be placed in the barrel filter
when a barrel filter rinse blank is being collected.
Sections 2.2, 3.2, and 4.2.7 of the QA/QC manual willl be
modified.
