Footers will be placed adjacent to the Fulton <br />Ditch to place a bridge across the Ditch; and attached to this Exhibit S is an agreement <br />executed between the Applicant and the Fulton Irrigating Ditch Company, which states <br />that the Applicant will compensate the Ditch Company for any damage that occurs to the <br />Ditch as a result of the activities proposed by the Application to Amend. The agreement <br />in Exhibit N, in which the Henderson Water Ski Club, LLC grants aright-to-enter to the <br />Applicant, also includes agreement by the Applicant to compensate the water ski club <br />and/or its members for any damage that occurs to structures during activities proposed by <br />this Application to Amend M-2001-085.
