Exhibit P -Municipalities Within Two Miles <br />Incorporated area of the City of Brighton lies within two miles of the 124`" Estates Sand <br />and Gravel Mine. The City of Commerce City owns the right-of--way of 120' Avenue <br />adjacent to the site. No other incorporated land is located within two miles of the land <br />proposed for addition to the permitted area of M-2001-085. <br />Exhibit Q - Proof of Mailed Notice <br />Following are copies of certified mail receipts indicating that copies of these application <br />materials have been sent to the Adams County Board of Commissioners and to the West <br />Adams Soil Conservation District.
