retention pond that will collect runoff from the material siphoned from the water ski lake. <br />The Applicant's certification under the general permit authorizes discharges from the <br />retention basin to the water ski lake. <br />Local Land Use Authority <br />The Adams County Board of Commissioners, in Conditional Use Permit No. EXG-2002- <br />00004, has approved the use of the access road (covered by M-2002-113), which <br />connects the 124`" Estates Sand and Gravel Mine to 120`" Avenue; and in the same <br />conditional use permit, it has approved the alternate crossing of the Fulton Ditch, which <br />is the subject of this Application to Amend M-2001-085. Regazding the dredging activity <br />that is proposed for the water ski lake, the Adams County Department of Planning and <br />Development requires the Applicant to seek a minor amendment to its conditional use <br />permit to cover this activity.
