Exhibit I -Soils Information <br />Soils in the area of the 124u' Estates Sand and Gravel Mine aze as described by the <br />Applicant's original application fora 112 Reclamation permit and by the Applicant's <br />application to amend the permit in December 2002. <br />Exhibit J -Vegetation Information <br />Dredging proposed for the ski lake will not impact vegetation of the area; and vegetation <br />on the land covered by M-2002-113 was described by the Applicant's application for a <br />110 Limited Impact Permit in November 2002. In the azea of the Fulton Ditch, where a <br />new bridge is proposed, species include Phalazoides arundinacea, Rumex crispus, <br />Asclepias speciosus, Bassia sieversiana, Cyclachaena xanthifolia, Eleagnus angustifolia, <br />and Prunus americana. <br />Exhibit K -Climate <br />The climate of the area of the 124`s Estates Sand and Gravel Mine has been described by <br />the Applicant's original application fora 112 Reclamation permit and by the subsequent <br />application of December 2002 to amend the permit. Four of these sites <br />aze not in the southwest quarter of Section 35, where all land and activity proposed for <br />addition to the permitted area and activity is located.
