Should be completed by the October hearing. <br />Item 2 All Russian Olives and Tamarisks have been eradicated on <br /> the requested release land except the ones located in the <br /> CDOT drainage area along highway 96. DMG is <br /> investigating whether these have to be removed and <br /> Colorado Parks will abide by their finding as is indicated in <br /> point 2 of their response. <br />Item 3 The berm has been modified and the seeding will be done <br /> upon agreement with the DMG and Transit for the best <br /> time. <br />Item 4 Has been completed. <br />Item 5 Accepted as is. <br />Item 6 The top soil pile has been groomed. Seeding will occur <br /> when the best time is determined. The remaining was <br />accepted as is. <br />Item 7 Has been completed. <br />Item 8 In process. <br />Item 9 Has been completed. <br />Item 10 Will be accomplished to May 4, 2006. <br />Item 11 Has been accomplished for 2004. Will perform for 2005 & <br />2006. <br />Item 12 Waiting from Parks to approve this idea. <br />Item 13 Will be completed by the hearing date.
