get your G}PS readings and then the road that leads to the building. There is
also a road thaC leads back to the pit, the one you and Mr. Mount tried to
walk and it was to muddy, then there is the road that you and Mr. Mount
walked on to get to- the over look down into the pit and the side mad that is
on the north side of the building! These roads am all in the effected area!
You can see why we say that most of our mining area is involved in these
roads, the three ponds, the creek. These all existed pre law or per permit,
I have spent most of this winter trying to get this issue resolved and I am at
my wits end! I do not even know if Jim will be able to spend the summer on
the property. I feel that his problem has been brought on by this termoil
and the mess concerning the Emma Load property. Jim and I both are 68
years old and don't feel we should be struggleing with this problem We
have done nothing but improve our property since the day we purchased it.
I would like to make a request to yon, to meet me sometime the first of June
to measure the roads, I will have a 100 foot tape and we can measamr these
roads correctly for the actual acreage involved.
Deanna Van Ella
