An assessment conference was held at the <br />Division's office on September 14, 1993. In attendance at the <br />conference, in addition to yourself and me, were Shawn Smith <br />representing the Division and Jerry Koblitz representing Kaiser <br />Steel Resources. If you agree with the penalty, please sign the <br />settlement agreement within ten (10) days as instructed on the <br />form. If you disagree with the settlement agreement, do not sign <br />it. The Division will fix the penalty pursuant to Rule 5.04.3(5) <br />and you may request a Board Hearing.
