I have
reviewed the contractor's a reement with WFC and found the rip-rap cost for both
Type A and Type B will be 30.00 yd3 if adequate material is available at WFC's
Pete Hills Quarry or in the Refuse Disposal Area. This rock is presently being
tested. Should locally available materials not be adequate, it will be necessary to
import rip-rap at costs that could be well in excess of $50.00 per yd3.
Si~ncerely~,
/}u1~-d/
DMS/cs
David M.
