In that letter you identified six issues which will <br />require resolution prior to commencement of earthwork at the site. <br />This letter responds to your request as follows: <br />1. Access issue: Rockcastle's consultant, ACZ, has contacted the <br />manager for the current landowner (Mr. R.H. Peck, 506 Breeze <br />Street, Craig, Colorado 81625 Phone: 824-6561) and has made <br />arrangements to ensure access for your inspection activities as <br />well the conduct of the remainder of the reclamation work. Your <br />contact fur access for i:~spection purposes should be Jerry <br />Nettleton at ACZ (1-879-6260) during the course of the reclamation <br />activities this season. Following termination of the agreement we <br />would anticipate that you would make independent arrangements with <br />the landowner for future site inspections or work. <br />2. Existing gullies: Rockcastle will repair existing gullies in <br />excess of 12 inches during the course of reclamation work to be <br />performed this season. <br />3. Outslope of Pond 5/6: Rockcastle will ensure that the outslope <br />is constructed at a 2.5:1 slope in accordance with your <br />conversation with Tom Leidich, ACZ, Inc. <br />4. Topsoil markers: Rockcastle will re-establish topsoil markers <br />and/or stakes to avoid unnecessary disturbance during the course of <br />
