Jim Herron and myself came to an agreement based on initial assess- <br />ments December 11, 1980. With consultation from Jim Kent, we agreed on a <br />penalty of $2,000.00. The original $1,200.00 assessed for seriousness was <br />lrnaered to $1,050.00 in a compromise with Jim Herron.
