Cattany <br />Acting Division Director <br />Enclosed is a termination notice for CV-2002-018, and an abatement extension notice for CV-2002-019. <br />The abatement extension for CV-2002-019, is to allow for the seeding to be completed in the roadside <br />borrow azea prior to elimination of the temporary road segment. The seeding project has been delayed by <br />the muddy conditions resulting from rains in recent weeks. The originally specified deadline within 20 <br />days of [TR-40] fmal approval would have been November 14.
