This <br />Order constitutes a sepazate Cessation Order for each condition, practice, or violation listed. <br />In accordance with Section 34-33-123 of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act, you are <br />ordered to CEASE IMMEDIATELY the operations described in the attached schedule and to perform the <br />affirmative obligations (if applicable) described in the attached schedule within the designated time for <br />abatement. Reclamationoperationsnnt directly the subject of this Order shall continue whi]e this Order is <br />in effect. <br />You aze responsible for doing all work in a safe manner in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. <br />The undersigned finds that cessation of mining is is not ~ expressly, or in practical effect, required <br />by this Notice. For this purpose, "mining" means extracting coal from the earth or from a waste pile and <br />transporting it within or from the mine site. <br />This Order shall remain in effect until the condition, practice, or violation has been abated, or until it is <br />modified, terminated or vacated in writing by an authorized representative of the Division, or by the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board. <br />Important: Please read the reverse side of this page. <br />
