RE: Pre-hearing Conference AM-05, Sunnyside Mine, Permit No. M-1977-378.
Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Pre-hearing Conference for the proposed amendment, AM-05, to the Sunnyside Mine
permit will occur as a phone conference on August 18, 2003, at 11:00 a.m. Ms. Sandy Brown
will preside as the Pre-hearing Conference Officer.
The proposed amendment, AM-05, addresses a change in post mining land use for portions
of the permit area at the American Tunnel facility located near Gladstone, Colorado.
At approximately 11:00 a.m., on August 18, 2003, each of the listed individuals will be
contacted by an MCI operator and invited to join the conference. Individuals will be contacted
