Aggregate Industries is aware of its <br />requirement to supply these specifications, according to a letter received by the Division from Aggregate <br />Industries, dated December 13, 2001, which states "final engineering designs for the sizing of any check dams, <br />spillways or other outlet control structures associated with the reclamation plan will be provided to the Division <br />prior to construction of such structures." Please be aware, however, that these specifications must be received by <br />the Division in the form of a TR. In addition to the specifications, the Division will need a 100-yeaz flood plan <br />for the site to determine whether the proposed structures will adequately convey water through the site <br />Please be advised that the Aggregate Industries - WCR, Inc., Longmont Distel Operations 112(c) Technical Revision <br />Application (TR-04), may be deemed inadequate, and the application may be denied on October 11, 2004 unless the <br />above mentioned adequacy review items are addressed to the satisfaction of the Division. If you feel more time is <br />needed to complete your reply, the Division can gant an extension to the decision date. This will be done upon receipt <br />of a written waiver of your right to a decision by October 11, 2004 and request for additional time. This must be <br />received no later than the deadline date.
