Tne TDN indicated that Trapper Plining did not protect against <br />erosion in one of their drainage channels. Upon our review of the application <br />and in consideration of the photographs taken by Mr. Orell acid Gregg Squire <br />during the inspection we concur a violation exists. The Division issued <br />Notice of Violation No. CV-049-87 (attached). <br />We trust this satl5fies the Ten-Day Notice. <br />Sincerely, <br />Robert G.
