A response to the TDN from our office is due by June 6, 1995.
Because the TDN arrived on a Friday before a three day weekend, and staff required to
prepare a response were involved with meetings at the OSM's Western Support Center this
week, additional time is needed to prepare an adequate response. We respectfully request
that the due date for receipt of a response be extended until June 9, 1995, as allowed under
30 CFR 842.11(b)(1)(ii)(B)(4)(ii).
We appreciate your consideration of this matter. If you have any questions, or if this
request for additional time is a problem, please contact me.
Sincerely,
j~~2~ (/ ~ ~~z%~l%~L(lift/
Larry P.
