The minutes indicate that the b10,000.00 civil penalty <br />is still outstanding, but that the Board would suspend the penalty if <br />reclamation of the pre-1976 area is completed. As we discussed on the phone <br />(January 31, 1989), I suggest that you write the Board and document that the <br />required work has been completed.
