Observations/Enforcement
The following includes a discussion of General Comments about the project and
inspection, information pertaining to Compliance dith the Colorado Surface
Coal ~1ining Reclamation Act, and Problems identified that need to be
corrected, and any Enforcement actions taken for failure to comply 'with the
Act, Regulations, or approved reclamation plan.
The operator had taken steps necessary to abate Violation No. 83-30. The
operator had completed the construction of diversion ditch D-1 and the
sediment pond spillway structure and dewatering device. The operator had also
removed coal waste from the bench outslope and placed it in an area on the
bench.
It was noted during the course of the inspection
