The Division Itas reviewed the two bonds. Please find below the <br />problems that will need to fixed in order for the bonds to be accepted by the Division. <br />NOI No. X-96-218-00: <br />I) The Notary, Kirsten Kissel, for the Insurance Company, Lyndon Property did not put her notary seal onto the <br />signature page. Please have the Notary place her seal near her name. <br />Permit No. C-81-012: <br />I) The Power of Attorney for Lyndon Property Insurance Company has a limit set for each bond that is signed by <br />an Attorney-in-Fact, and that amount is $2,500,000. This bond has an amount of $2,869.312.05. You may <br />write one bond at the limit of $2,500,000 and a second bond for the rest, $369,312.05. <br />2) Please redo the Front page and Exhibit A, The Legal Description to show the current permit boundary which <br />totals 900 acres not 4133 acres. <br />3) Deborah Murphy used her Notary Republic seal instead of the Insurance Seal on the Signature Page. Please <br />have Deborah Murphy use the correct seal. <br />3) The Notary, Kirsten Kissel, For the Insurance Company, L;mdon Property did not put her notary seal onto the <br />signature page.
