The abatement work was to <br />consist of cleaning out and properly disposing of haul road <br />sediment deposition at the following two culvert locations: ME-5 <br />and G-2. An extension had been granted for both sites to abate the <br />NOV by Friday, June 2nd. Due to the excessive amount of <br />precipitation the mine has still been receiving, this work has not <br />been able to be completed. I am asking for another two week <br />extension, or a deadline of June 16th.
