History -Walden Coal Co. has not received any violations in the last <br />12 months - $ 0.00 <br />2. Seriousness - Maximum Penalty is b1.750.00 <br />This is divided into three categories: (1) Probability of <br />occurrence, (2) Duration of damage, and (3) Extent of damage. Each <br />component is assigned a value depending on the circumstances. The <br />end assessment is arrived by multiplying all values together, <br />dividing by 64 (the maximum multiple value) then multiplying this <br />fraction by $1,750.00. <br />The values are assigned using the following procedure: <br />1.
