Notices oC Violation C-93-023, C-93-024, and C-93-026
The Pittsburg & Midway Coal Mining Company (P&M) has submitted an Application for a
Formal Review and Request for Evidentiary Hearing for each of the above mentioned Notices
of Violation, which are on the agenda for the September 22, 1993 Board meeting. The items
were continued in August. The Division has assembled packets for your review prior to the
Board meeting. Attached are copies of each Notice of Violation and accompanying site
inspection report, subsequent modifications of the notices, abatement time extensions, P&M's
application and request, the Division's response, and evidence to support each notice.
