PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Mr. Nick Gray; whose address and telephone number is: 584 6530 Rd. Montrose, CO. 81401, (970) 249- <br />9436, has filed an application for a Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The <br />mine is known as the Gray Pit # I and is located at the N 1 /2, Section 24, Township 49 N., Range 8 W., of <br />the New Mexico Principal Meridian, Montrose Cotmty, Colorado. This pit is currently operating under <br />reclamation permit # M-2002-092. The purpose of the submitted application is to increase the total <br />permitted area to 23.75 acres. The proposed date of completion is September, 2015. The proposed future <br />use of the land is for rangeland. <br />Additional information and [he tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado, 80203, (303) 866-3567, or at the Montrose <br />County Clerk and Recorders office, 320 S. 1st Street, Montrose, Colorado, 81402, or the above named <br />applicant. A complete copy of the application is available at the above named County Clerk and <br />Recorder's office and at the Division's office. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by the Division <br />of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 p.m. on a date specified as 20 days following the day/date of the last and <br />final publication of the Public Notice in a local publication. <br />"tn the case of a 1 l2 Reclamation Permit Applicazion, such written comments, protests, and petitions for a <br />hearing must be received by the Office not more than twenty (20) calendar after the last date for the <br />newspaper publication of notice of application provided for in Subparagraphs 1.6.2(1)(d) and 1.6.3(3)." <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by [he Division <br />of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 p.m. on December 21, 2005. <br />
