The same idea was broached with af~torney Helen <br />Sigmund who, as you know, also represents the Co~tilla County <br />Conservancy District. Both she and I approached ou client, the <br />Conservancy District and my client at that time, Pe ple's Energy <br />Alternative Services. I have also discussed the idea with Jane <br />Kircher. As you know, these are the party objectors iJn the current <br />hearings before MLRB. <br />The consensus of these groups was that they did not want to discuss <br />anything with Battle Mountain Gold until the operation was in <br />compliance with the permit. This is not the same as ever wanting <br />a Forum for discussion with BMG.
