Cattany <br />Acting Division Director <br />Division of Minerals and Geology staff is please to inform Parkerson Construction that AM-Ol for the <br />addition of 25.3 acres to the 32 Road Pit is approved. Since no objections to the amendment were <br />received, the approval of AM-O1 can be done prior to the August 14a' decision date. <br />The reclamation bond accepted by Parkerson is set at $144,697.00. This is an increase of $101,677.00. <br />Parkerson may attach a rider to the current bond or execute a new one for the entire amount. The bond <br />must be accepted and in place before any disturbance can begin in the new azea.
