Sueh disr],arges shell be in accordan« with the conditions of this permit. <br />This.perrrrit specifically authorizes the facility listed on page 1 of this pemtit to discharge process waterand/or atormwatc associated with operations <br />engaged in nrirting and processing of sand and gravel (including rock and stone used as aggregate), and mining and, quarrying of other nonmetallic <br />minerals except fuels, as of this date, in accordance with the permit requirements and conditions set forth in Parts I and II hereof.
