C-86-034, C-86-035, C-86-036 <br />Dear Mr. Matthies: <br />Enclosed is the extention of the abatement dates for the above referenced <br />violations. The extended abatement date is July 28, 1986. It should be noted <br />that the extention constitutes the maximum abatement period (90 days) which is <br />allowed under Rule 5.03.2(2)(b). If the violations are not abated by this <br />date, the Division must then issue a Cessation Order pursuant to <br />Rule 5.03.2(3).
