I am in
requesting, in light of the facts that DMG take immediate action against Basin Resources,
Inc. for the damage sustained to my home and property.
Pursuant to our agreement of October 25, 2000 please forwazd to my Houston
office a complete set of the photographs taken on October 25'". Further, once I receive
copies of the photographs taken by Ronald Thompson on the same date, I will advise you
of same. At that time I have no objection to Basin Resources, Inc. being provided with
copies of your photographs.
I await receipt of the NOV that DMG will issue in response to the TDN you
received on October 18, 2000. The past behavior of the govenunental agencies has
protected Basin Resources, Inc. and created tremendous hardship and damage to us, the
damaged citizens. No longer is the issue before DMG of whether or not we have been
damaged by coalmining subsidence, the only issue is how the State is going to enforce
the law, the damage and causes have been proven.
Please contact my Houston office if you wish to discuss these issues or have any
questions. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Very truly yours,
"~' y
Ann Tatum
ATlah
CC: file
Walt Moms
CCC
Pioneer Engineering
