EXHIBIT B
Mining Plan
The current operator of this clay mine began his operation in 1971. The
area mined since 1976 is indicated on the mining plan map.
Production quantities for the years 1973-1976 were used to determine area
projection required for the mining plan. They are as follows:
1973 - 6298 Tons
1974 - 3800 Tons
1975 - 1585 Tons
1976 - 2067 Tons
The operator has indicated a projected recovery rate of approximately
q
y
b
3440 tons per year. The average overburden is 84% comprised primarily of 1
foot of topsoil underlain by an average of 14.5 feet of sandstone and 34 feet
of soft clay. Maximum pit depths are on the order of 35 feet. At the above
recovery rate it is projected that one to one and one-half surface acres per
year wiil be disturbed.
_ .'''~t?ot3req~,i;hz.~~StilY~"ance~of~radd?<:~t~nal r~
.~act~,edgeas..,tho5e~~',re?:'s~oh~p;~oducts~o~jcj ay~jnng,~ No mining of these ma-
terials per se has taken place and none have been marketed to date.
` 7
:~~~I~?~hr.wii;ll:~~b,~s,~a~,~, y~~~~`pypy'~' A`~emQ/~~{Va~~PP~'yyJJy~ Qi~Y~"s':~anJl~ 'the: stock- ~
.v ~ ,`e~CKiY~i-.y /brfM'i...iY-~'~tl.4.. 4.l1+wr~Y~i..:. 1'.
ti '~
;gip;?; ti~~ bil:.
