seasons of increased public traffic on the road, Colorado Marble, Inc. will not be allowed to store <br />any trucks, equipment, or materials on NFS land within the mill site area for periods in excess of <br />24 hours. Failure to remove any trucks, equipment, or materials from NFS land after the 24 <br />hour "grace period" will result in a citation under 36 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), part <br />261.10(f); Occupancy and Use. Furthermore, although FLPMA authorization SAL378 allows <br />for the operation and maintenance of the NFSR228 road by Colorado Marble, Inc., the <br />authorization does not allow for the indefinite storage of any company trucks, equipment, or <br />materials on NFS land within the road prism. <br />I appreciate the fact that your company is making a genuine effort to involve the Forest Service <br />with any new developments concerning your reclamation conversion permit status with the <br />CDRM&S. Also, I am happy to see that Colorado Marble, Inc. is ready and willing to approach <br />the agency with any foreseeable needs related to the operation maintenance of the NFSR228 <br />road. I look forward to fostering and promoting strong communication lines between Colorado <br />Marble, Inc. and the Forest Service.
