Long <br />Division Direcor <br />On July I8, 2000, the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) sent a letter notifying A.P. <br />Maxwell/Pickenvire Processing that bond replacement must occur within 30 days. On August 25, 2000 Greystone (on <br />behalf of A.P. Maxwell and Picketwire) requested a replacement deadline extension to October I5, 2000. On <br />September I8, 2000, DMG granted the request. On October 17, 2000, DMG had not received any bonds or extension <br />request, but nonetheless, extended the deadline to October 31, 2000. On October 27, 2000, A.L. Petry asked that we <br />accept [he Frontier bonds as adequate, but that replacements would be provided if the Frontier bonds remained <br />unacceptable. On November 16, 2000, DMG sent a letter to Greystone reiterating [he need to replace all Frontier bonds. <br />On November 22, 2000 DMG sent a letter extending the replacement deadline to December 8, 2000. On November 29, <br />2000 Greystone sent a letter to DMG stating that the bonds~would be replaced by the December 8, 2000 deadline.
