<br />INTRODUCTION <br />• <br />C~ <br />These calculations are provided in support of a set of draw- <br />ings entitled, "Orchard Valley Mine, Paonia, Colorado, Rock <br />Slope Entries." The drawings and their accompanying calcu- <br />lations have been submitted to the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division in support of Colorado Westmoreland <br />Inc.'s application for a technical revision to their exist- <br />ing permit to construct two or three entries in the vicinity <br />of the existing surface facilities. <br />Calculations are presented in a sequence which corresponds <br />with the sequence of sheets which comprise the set of draw- <br />ings.
