PROPOSED PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> <br />A technical revision application to Permit C-83-038 has been. filed by Colorado <br />Westmoreland Inc., P. 0. Rox 1299, Paonia, Colorado, 81428, 303/527-4135, for <br />the Orchard Valley Mine located in Delta County, Colorado, approximately four <br />(4) miles north of Paonia, Colorado. <br />The revision proposes the construction of two or three portals and rock slope <br />entries and rock fills within the existing disturbed area of the Orchard Valley <br />Mine generally located in Section 24, T13S, R92W of the 6th P.M., USGS Gray <br />Reservoir quadrangle map. <br />A copy of this revision application is on file at the Delta County Clerk and Re- <br />corder's Office and at the office of the Division, Ronm 423, 1313 Sherman <br />Street, Denver, Colorado, R02Q3, 303/866-3567. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this decision may <br />• request a formal hearing.
