This informal review was
conducted by the Western Regional Coordinating Center. I am forwarding a copy of this
letter on to you. I sent a copy via fax earlier in the morning as well. The letter indicates
a copy was sent to Energy Fuels Mining Company by the OSM, but I wanted to be sure a
copy was directed to you as well.
Results of the OSM review indicate that the issue of the retention of the 8-foot diameter
culvert is resolved and it may remain as it is. The issue regarding the slope angle of the
West face of the coal waste bank has been resolved as well. This response from OSM
should conclude the matter of TDN X-95-179-001 TV-2.
Please contact me if you have additional questions.
Sincerely,
~~ ~ rM
H. inns
> ntal Pr tection Specialist
c: \j hb\C82055 \ os m resp. asw
