As
I mentioned to you, existing fence is on no lines or boundaries. It has served only as
vandalism protection. Weeds will be monitored and should a problem arise, we would
contact the county weed control board as we have done at other sites.
Exhibit M-Other Permits and Licenses (Rule 6.4.13)
Enclosed is a copy of the invoice for discharge permit on the Hardship Lode. I included a
copy of the mine plan map, which showed runoff structures.
Exhibit O-Proof of Mailing Notices (Rule 6.4.17)
Jim Reid is the only adjacent owner other than myself, Bill Tezak. The return receipt
copy is enclosed.
Exhibit R-ProofofFiling with County Clerk (Rule 6.4.181
Please fmd proof of filing with County Clerk included.
Exhibit S-Permanent Manmade Structures (Rule 6.4.19)
As mentioned above, the fence on permit area is owned by Colorado Quames, Inc and is
only for vandalism control. There are no other manmade structures within 200'.
Geotechnical Stability Exhibit (Rule 6.5)- Ag mentioned in Exhibit D (Mine Plan), the
decision to construct 1:1 slopes was based on observation ofhistoric mine shafts in the
immediate area. The bench was added as an extra security measure.
Other Items- Affidavit from the publisher is forth coming.
I hope I have answered all the items of concern to your satisfaction. Should you have any
questions or need any additional information, please contact me. Thank you.
Sincerely, ~ _~.~
,C
~i
Bill Tezak
Colorado Quarries, Inc
