The only areas not to be top soiled or re-vegetated are <br />the 1:1 slopes. <br />Exhibit H-Wildlife Information (Rule 6.4.81 <br />Regarding fencing at this site, in the future all will be constructed to DOW standards. As <br />I mentioned to you, existing fence is on no lines or boundaries. It has served only as <br />vandalism protection. Weeds will be monitored and should a problem arise, we would <br />contact the county weed control board as we have done at other sites. <br />Exhibit M-Other Permits and Licenses (Rule 6.4.13) <br />Enclosed is a copy of the invoice for discharge permit on the Hardship Lode. There are no other manmade structures within 200'. <br />Geotechnical Stability Exhibit (Rule 6.5)- Ag mentioned in Exhibit D (Mine Plan), the <br />decision to construct 1:1 slopes was based on observation ofhistoric mine shafts in the <br />immediate area.
