After my phone conversation with Carl Mount on September 6 of this year <br />he stated to me that after taking a reading on his GPS he and Steve (don't <br />know last name) came up with a total of 1.3 acres excluding the roads. We <br />would like a letter stating these facts. We feel Ms. Crosby and Mr. Mount <br />filed an improper report noting the above violation in correctly. We feel <br />they both should have taken the roads under consideration at the time of <br />inspection and excluded them. This is your rule not ours! <br />On a follow up to your response letter dating November 12, 2004. This is <br />concerning the "Colossal Screw-Up"dealing with the Emma Enterprise! <br />Prospect. You stated that all correspondence you sent to us was returned. <br />If your specialists would have done their job when we notified them back in <br />1987 that we were not going to mine the prospect and to cancel the permit <br />number MP-87-006 and our defter of credit be canceled none of this mess <br />would have happened. <br />There was a 17 year gap between the date we canceled it and you tried to <br />notify us. Now remember your department had our current address <br />because we have gotten assessment letters from you yearly on the Gold <br />Basin mine permit number M-92-095 for 13 years. <br />When Carl Mount and Steve were on our property a week or so ago I asked <br />Carl in the presents of Steve if he remembered telling me on the phone <br />__ _ "that the department goofed concerning the Emma Enterprise-mess" He <br />said Yes, I remember saying that. <br />I want an answer to this letter by October 1, 2005. <br />Learn to accept the blame for your department's mistakes and let us get on <br />with our lives. <br />Sincerely, <br />James and Deanna Van Ella <br />Cc: Mr Russell George, Exc.
