Upon
review of our response, two typographical errors were found that
may create some confusion in your review of our reaponae.
In the first paragraph on Page 2 of the Division's response, the
third sentence reads "For the purposes of even further assuring
that the room and pillar operations would not create surface
subsidence effects, compliance with Rule 2.05.6(6)(b)(ii) and
7.05.6(6)(1) was specifically required..." The second regulatory
citation should have read 2.05.6(6)(c).
In the second paraphgraph on page 2, the last sentence reads "As
such, surveys of these five structures have not being conducted."
This should read "..have not been conducted."
We apologize for any confusion that these errors may have caused.
The Division respectfully requests our December 20, 1993 response
be amended to reflect these corrections. Please call me if you
have any further concerns.
Sincerely,
Daniel I. Hernandez `~
Senior Environmental Protection Specialist
m:\osa\acm\hagen2,ltr
