Phil states that the water from the faults goes to 10 NE tailgate (aka 1 NE tailgate sump), then
afrer residing in NE tailgate sump, water goes to NW panels sump. Phil states that the inflow to
the NE tailgate sump is separate from the outflow from the NE tailgate sump. Phil states that the
temperature at the outflow from the NE tailgate sump is 64.4F
Kathy Welt states that the water from the fault area is not, and never has been pumped directly to
the NW panels. She and Phil state that water was pumped to the surface without going through
the NE tailgate sump, but never directly from faults to the NW panels. This occurred about a year
ago. This was done to segregate clean water.
