Eons <br />y Drvrsion Dveaor <br />Phil states that the water from the faults goes to 10 NE tailgate (aka 1 NE tailgate sump), then <br />afrer residing in NE tailgate sump, water goes to NW panels sump. Phil states that the inflow to <br />the NE tailgate sump is separate from the outflow from the NE tailgate sump. Phil states that the <br />temperature at the outflow from the NE tailgate sump is 64.4F <br />Kathy Welt states that the water from the fault area is not, and never has been pumped directly to <br />the NW panels. She and Phil state that water was pumped to the surface without going through <br />the NE tailgate sump, but never directly from faults to the NW panels. This occurred about a year <br />ago. This was done to segregate clean water. <br />
