This agreement is based on the assessment conference- <br />held in our office on August 2, 1984. In attendance at that conference in <br />addition to you and me were Mr. Michael McCarthy representing Kerr Coal <br />Company and Mike Savage, Candy Thompson and Brian Munson representing the <br />Division Coal Staff. If you agree with the proposed settlement please sign it <br />and return to our office as instructed on the form.
