03/15/95 DMG letter to Golden Wonder Mining, enclosing copies of all DMO correspondence.
08/14/95 Letter from Golden Wonder Mining to DMG requesting extension of time to submit the EPP.

09/06/96 DMG Letter to LKA, acknowledging receipt of extension request, and granting an extension
to 11/18/96. Letter further stated that if an adequate EPP is not submitted by that date,
DMG will send RTB letter. Copy of letter to Golden Wonder Mining.
10/17/96 Follow up letter from DMG to LKA, stating that the 09/06/961etter to LKA (which was
sent certified mail) was returned to DMG. EPP due date of 1 1 /18/96 was again stated.
