The area where the materials processing equipment was located (i.e., the crusher, screens, wash plant, stockpiles, etc.) has been left in its current condition since such equipment will be relocated to the site in the near future when active operations are recommenced. Prior to recommencing operations at Del Camino, RMCC will post a financial wananty in the amount of $278,182, which equates to the $327,632 financial warranty the Division has requested less the existing financial warranty of $49,450 that RMCC intends to maintain in place during the term of the temporary cessation.
