Based on those discussions, RMCC <br />requests shot the Division act on RMCC's August 1, 2005 Notice of Temporary Cessation. _'As we <br />discussed with Carl, prior to recommencing operations of Del Camino, RMCC will post a <br />financial warranty in the amount of $278,182, which equates to the $327,632 financial warranty <br />the Division requested tens the existing financial warranty of $49,450 that RMCC intends to <br />maintain in place during The term of the temporary cessation.
